- 1CandidateCandidates are initiative students of the 4th year of bachelor's degree / 1-2 year of master's degree, who have 1-2 years of work experience and are aimed at building a successful career in leading Russian and foreign organizations, winners of Olympiads, participants of student organizations.
YFL candidates are recruited 2 times a year: in autumn and in spring. After the selection, candidates are sent to an educational program, according to the results of which they become members of the League - 2YFL's memberThe members of the League are the best young specialists of the financial market who are striving for professional development and have more than 2 years of experience in a large Russian or foreign company / successful implementation of their own projects.

Youth Financial League. The full abbreviation has ceased to convey the variety of directions that are interesting to our members. Taking the financial direction as a basis, the IFF has already begun to unite professionals from the field of law and IT.
The organization on the basis of which the League operates was founded in 2000. The league was formed as a community on September 8, 2016. The creation date was not chosen by chance. On September 8, all financiers celebrate their professional holiday. The first project of the League was the "Future of the Financial Market" award, which brought together the best young representatives of the financial market and has since become annual.
